Mehran started where most people don’t: on the job site. Beginning as a Construction Coordinator, he advanced to lead projects valued at over $100M+ before founding ICI in 2009. With 25+ years of personal experience, he has overseen more than 4.5 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and institutional space, and still manages every client relationship personally.
