RYERSON university hired ICI to complete Ryerson university's 5,6th-floorsto International talking office at Victoria & Bond street downtown. Theunionized project was completed over the course of 2017 with multiple phases.ICI Contracting completed this project on time and on budget. Some of thefeatures in this 74,000 sq. ft. office tenant fit-out include:

• 5 separate serveries
• Approx. 1,000 sq. ft. cafe
• 17 meeting rooms, most with operable walls
•  PC350 frames throughout
•  Garage door fronts
